Not only the in-house mill tower with roof terrace is nice to look at, there is also a stunning unobstructed view of the Tramuntana mountains. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will find it here - many different outdoor lounges are available throughout the property.
Where is our Finca Es Moli located
Finca Es Moli is located in the east of the island, about 50km from the capital Palma de Mallorca. From Son Sant Joan Airport it takes about 40 minutes by car to arrive at the Finca.
Via the streets of Ariany you get to the entrance gate of the property, which opens electrically. On the right hand side along the driveway is the in-house tennis court, which can be used in a variety of ways and invites you to all kinds of ball sports. Several cars can be parked in the spacious courtyard. From there you can get to all 3 houses.
The main house of the finca covers approx. 200sqm of living space and offers space for 6 people, who can be accommodated in 3 double bedrooms with large luxury box spring beds. The guests of this house have 3 beautifully modern bathrooms (2 of them en suite) at their disposal.
The heart of the house is the 60 square meter modern kitchen with a long dining table for 12-14 people and a fireplace. The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Tramuntana mountains is breathtaking. In the living room, which is about the same size, it is difficult to decide whether you would rather make yourself comfortable on the beautiful linen sofa or whether you would enjoy the stunning view on one of the daybeds. The 15m window front offers an unobstructed view of the pool and the main house terrace, from which steps lead to another garden area. The terrace area can be reached through one of the 5 sliding doors at ground level.
Both casitas are located in separate buildings next to the main house and cover approx. 50sqm & 70sqm of living space. Each casita offers space for 2 adults, who can be accommodated in a double bedroom with a large luxurious box spring bed. In the living room with practical kitchenette and nice dining area there is a comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm), which provides space for 2 children, for example. A beautiful modern bathroom is available to the guests of each casita. Each casita has its own outdoor area with a lounge area and daybed (casita 2), which is a wonderful relaxing place.
All bedrooms and living rooms in all 3 houses have the highest quality furniture, Smart TV with free Netflix access and modern air conditioning (cooling and heating function).
The pool is connected to the main house, but accessible from all three houses. It also impresses with its unobstructed view and measures approximately 10x5m. In winter it is possible to heat it. The pool area is supplemented with its own modern pool bath and pool storage, where, among other things, there is a fridge for drinks.
Although the mill tower is no longer in use, it has a beautiful roof terrace from which you can enjoy a 360 degree view. A laundry room is built into the mill tower on the ground floor, where you can wash and dry as needed.
Those who like to grill will get their money's worth in the outdoor kitchen. In this area you will find the romantic pergola covered with ivy and the Mallorcan outdoor table underneath for up to 16 people.
We take care of the well-being of our youngest guests. There are not only two baby cots with matching bed linen
and two baby high chairs, a baby bay or a baby Björn rocker available for free use on request, but also a large selection of baby and children's toys, such as lots of games, Lego, Duplo, vehicles, painting materials, outdoor toys or Pool equipment available.
We have set up a small desk corner with a multifunction printer for those who need to be available for work despite being on vacation.
The WLAN throughout the house and on the terrace can of course be used free of charge.
Of particular note is the unique location, as the property is on the outer edge of Ariany. From there you can reach two small supermarkets or the market square in 3-5 minutes by foot, where the weekly market takes place on Wednesday. You can also enjoy a glass of wine in the café bar and sometimes attend performances in the summer months. On the other hand, you have the unobstructed expanse and view over the endless fields of the Tramuntana mountains. No aircraft noise, just the sounds of nature.
